Serena Korkmaz is a paralegal at Kohn, Kohn, and Colapinto.
Prior to joining KKC, as a recipient of the Fulbright-CY Initiative Award through the US Fulbright Program, Serena attended CY Cergy Paris University and completed a Master 1 diploma in History, Culture and Heritage. While in France, Serena authored a thesis regarding the social and cultural history of migrants in Paris during the 1970s and 80s.
Serena has experience in immigration law and interdisciplinary research on immigration, integration, and diaspora populations. She previously worked at Wiley Rein LLP, where she supported attorneys in the firm’s litigation practice, while contributing to business development initiatives and the management of litigation matters.
Serena graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a major in International Politics and minors in Philosophy and French.
