Bolton book decision: Right answer, wrong reasoning

Stephen M. Kohn, whistleblower attorney at Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, recently wrote an Op-Ed for The Hill, entitled Bolton book decision: Right answer, wrong reasoning.

In the article, Kohn discusses a recent court decision that denied the government’s request to stop the distribution of former National Security Advisor John Bolton’s tell-all memoir. “…the court’s reasoning was flawed, and could be used to silence future whistleblowers and embolden government censors,” Kohn said.
