New Mexico Considers Expanding Whistleblower Reward Program

According to a January 28 story by KOB4 of Albuquerque, New Mexico lawmakers are considering a bill that would broaden the state whistleblower rewards law. This law rewards whistleblowers who expose government corruption and save taxpayers money. The current law gives incentives to state government whistleblowers. The new bill proposes to expand the program to cover local governments and public schools.
