KKC Partner Featured in I-Team Segment on Special Education Whistleblower
On Friday March, 20, whistleblower advocate Stephen M. Kohn featured ‘Weekend Today in New York’ I-Team Report. The I-Team report covered the story of a special ed teacher who was retaliated against by her school district after blowing the whistle on the fact that students who were not getting the help they are promised under law.
Kohn described the retaliation the teacher suffered as “Textbook retaliation.”
