KKC Attorneys Named Among the 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers
Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto partners Michael Kohn, Stephen M. Kohn, David Colapinto, and Mary Jane Wilmoth, as well as Of Counsel Allison Herren Lee, are all recognized as among the 2023 Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers.
Lawdragon introduced the 2023 list on May 26. “This remarkable group of lawyers puts it all on the line with courage and clout that matches their defense counterparts in securities and other financial litigation; the booming antitrust field; whistleblowing claims; data privacy and so much more,” Lawdragon states.

Kohn, Kohn and Colapinto founded KKC in 1988 and Wilmoth joined the firm in 1992. Together, they have won numerous landmark decisions for whistleblowers as well as some of the largest financial rewards in history. Given their expertise in whistleblower law, KKC’s partners have also helped write key whistleblower protections into the Dodd-Frank Act, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act, and other laws.
In 2023, Lee joined the firm as Of Counsel after previously serving as an SEC Commissioner.
