The SEC Whistleblower Program

The SEC’s Whistleblower Program empowers individuals to report securities law violations anonymously through the Office of the Whistleblower. This program aims to minimize investor harm, protect market integrity, and holding wrongdoers accountable by investigating, addressing, and sanctioning fraudulent activity.

Whistleblowers who provide original information leading to successful enforcement actions with over $1 million in sanctions can be rewarded 10-30% of the collected amount.
