David Colapinto Testifies before House Committee

Whistleblower expert David Colapinto, a partner of KKC, testified at the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform hearing “Protecting the Public from Waste, Fraud and Abuse: H.R. 1507, the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2009” on May 14, 2009. Mr. Colapinto testified about the need for stronger whistleblower protections for national security employees. KKC client and whistleblower Bunny Greenhouse, formerly the highest ranking civilian contracting official Army Corps of Engineers’, who stood alone in opposing the approval of a highly improper muti-billion dollar no bid contract to Halliburton for the reconstruction of Iraq also testified.
