A Look At SEC, CFTC’s Record Year For Whistleblower Awards

In late November and early December, respectively, the whistleblower offices of both the SEC and CFTC released their annual reports for the 2024 fiscal year. The reports show that the programs continue to thrive as they brought in record numbers of whistleblower tips and awarded hundreds of millions of dollars to eligible whistleblowers.
