KKC Launches New “The Whistleblower Blog” on International Anti-Corruption Day

December 9, 2014. Washington, D.C. Today, the law firm of Kohn, Kohn and Colapinto, LLP launched “The Whistleblower Blog.” This Blog is a pro bono public service project sponsored by the whistleblower rights law firm of Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, LLP. The Whistleblower Blog highlights important news, legal developments and policy issues critical to whistleblowers and their advocates, both in the United States and worldwide.
The Whistleblower Blog will be the“go to”place for analysis and updates on the major issues facing Congress and the courts as the impact of whistleblowing continues to grow.
The four lawyers primarily writing for the blog collectively have over 100 years of experience representing whistleblowers (including successfully representing the UBS tax whistleblower Bradley Birkenfeld in obtaining his $104 million reward) and have authored or co-authored seven books on whistleblower law. The National Law Journal recently honored the authors by naming their firm as one of America’s 50 Elite Plaintiffs Law Firms. Kohn, Kohn and Colapinto, LLP is the only firm with an exclusively whistleblower practice given this honor.
The launch of The Whistleblower Blog coincides with International Anti-Corruption Day. The first post will highlight a new report documenting the growing importance of international whistleblowing in fighting bribery and corruption.
