In a recent feature by the ABA Journal, whistleblower attorney Stephen M. Kohn reflects upon past cases and the laws he utilized in certain high-profile cases.
Kohn described the world of whistleblower representation as the “the emergency room of law” and said there were no “cookie-cutter” cases.
“The whistleblower often comes to us in pretty bad shape. He’s at risk to be killed [in his profession]. It’s our job to get those bandages on, get him back to health and have him walk out in good condition,” Kohn told ABA Journal.
